Yeah it's a shame to see people doing weird stuff to their bodies. I knew a really cute blond who got a tiny boob job. They were only a bit bigger than golf balls but at times they felt rigid. So they must've been silicone. Only thing I can figure is kids at school must've ragged on her about bein' flat.

Forget it. Your 34C are great on your frame. Some would even kill to have boobs like yours. Don't take the heath risk and its attendant problems. Your breasts look nice, round and firm. Fake tits just stand out like two balls on your chest.
