Inheriting a family

Mark expresses his concerns about being a partner in a large company without experience. But Harold explains that all the partners of the firm hand down their positions to young individuals within their own family and the other partners guide and mentor the young new guy to success. It's their way of guarenteed success and security for their families and heritage.

Mark accepts and not long after he marries Chelsea and Harold dies. He then finds out that 'taking care of his family' means actually taking care of all three of them Financially, emotionally and Sexually.
At this point Mark would be 24, Chelsea 24, Bailey 18, Joanna 48.

Storypoints I thought of so far would be handling the dynamic change in the household. Since Chelsea is now 'the Wife' and sort of 'Outranks' the other's. Joanna struggles with no longer being the wife, Bailey refuses to listen to Chelsea and still listens to her mother Joanna and Chelsea tries to enforce her new authority. Up to Mark to handle this.

Other storypoint could be something like that Mark had a girlfriend in college that he broke up with because they were both moving far apart, but now she shows up saying she can't be without him. Only finding that he is now married to Chelsea (who is his true love).

So some things in this idea still feel a bit too 'convenient' (like the coincidence that he happened to get a business degree.) So if anyone has some ideas how to improve this or add scenario's too it, it would be much appreciated.

I do plan on writing this, but it will be a while before I start it. (Want to finish my current series and just started another story that will probably have 3 long parts, so those come first.)

But yeah any ideas are welcome.

I like this except the part where it's expected he's fucking the rest of the ladies as well, automatically. Yes, he's now in charge of the family finances and so forth so he's getting closer with the youngest, making sure she's all set up to start college and she's crushing hard on her brother in law. He's seeing to the widows needs and they chat a lot as she goes through her grieving process. After a while mom comes clean that she's ready to start dating but is nervous. She misses the companionship and sex but is scared she'll be hounded by gold diggers and fifty year old losers. The young wife thinks this could be a way to see to her husbands enormous sex drive as well as taking care of her mom.

Let the sex happen organically.

MC can watch their relationship unfold, with her being the experienced, slightly older woman who gets to groom him. (He’s 18, right?)

That leaves you a lot of possibilities for both drama, jealousy, lust and so on. Could do it in a more voyeuristic style where he chances on them having sex and suddenly remembers what a good lover she was and so on.

Edit: I read Bailey as a male name, first time around, but I realize it’s probably meant to be a younger sister?

I get what you mean that he shouldn't be expected to just fuck the other ladies in the household as well.
How about if they are just really open inside their own home.
Like he starts living there and his Mother in Law, Joanna, has moved to Chelsea's room so him and Chelsea can now stay in the master bedroom (since they are the married couple and he is now 'head of the household'.).
He decides to check on her that evening to see if she is alright with all the changes. However she is in bed, reading her book, naked. Her bottom is covered with a blanket but her large heavy breasts are hanging out in the open.

She tells him that she is fine in her new room, even though it will get a bit of getting used to. She acts like her breasts being exposed is completely normal. When she catches him staring, she smiles but doesn't comment on it.

When he tells Chelsea about it, she laughs and says that's normal within the house. They are all very open within the household and that he should get used to seeing them all naked, even encouraging him to do so as well.

More situations occur that bring it further each time, touching, pleasuring each other and finally sex.

This way he isn't 'forced' to do it in any kind of way, however the women did want this to happen eventually so they actively steer towards it. Sort of like their plan coming together.
I was also thinking to do something like they eventually tell him that the now late step-father Harold, had sex with Both Joanna and Chelsea before he got sick. When Bailey turned 18 she did give him a blowjob, but at that point he was too sick to have sex, so they never went all the way. (And he wouldn't touch any of the girls before they turned 18 obviously.) This new information would help Mark to settle his feeling of guilt maybe?

Would something like that work?

Yeah Bailey is the younger sister of Chelsea.
But you did give me some food for thought. Since Mark's parents live next door to him, maybe he has a younger brother himself. His College GF finds out that Mark is now married and she get's to know his younger brother and starts dating him. Gradually she finds out that Mark's marriage isn't monogamous and she feels like there could be a chance for her to be accepted into his family, but she is still dating his younger brother, even though Mark is the one she truly loves.
Could be a nice storyline that threats a fine line of how she gets with Mark without causing a blowout with his family.

Something similar I read a long time ago: A guy is dating his dream girl but when they start getting serious she tells him he has to take care of her mother and brother as well. Mom was into BDSM. He fooled around with the brother but didn't bottom for him.

She's burned out from her former life and stays away from much public exposure, but still stays in shape and has enlisted her daughter to find guys for them to share.

On the original story idea, not what I was thinking of. Gets into too much obligation and responsibility.

Promotion come with house, car and family. A new family that is more in line with what the company expects of their people. Trophy type wife who aims to please him and others in every way. Daughter who is college cheerleader and more than a bit affectionate at home and willing to help out at the office when special entertainment is needed.
