Intentional Upskirt

I do believe a truly accidental upskirt may be caused by a strong breeze but most are intentional by our choice of sort or long dresses/skirts, we do know what we're doing when dressing. Playing pool in a bar or at a party is a good way to make it appear to be an "accident".
