It's this time of the year again!

I nearly forgot, maybe because the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager of the company I work for didn't make a post about it on the company intranet. Well, I might have scared her when she wrote about the gender pay gap last year and I then asked her what the gender pay gap within our very own company is. After all, we have 7k employees, this is not a bad number for a statistical analysis.

Look at all that men have achieved! With the generous guidance of men through the centuries, women learned how to vote or properly own property at their own pace. A wonderful day to acknowledge all the progress we have enabled. Where would feminism even be without men?

Of course, I'm not saying everything men did was correct and sometimes we might have gone way too far with our generosity, like when we allowed them to wear septum piercings; but overall, it's a huge success story.

Sooo there really has been a shift this year cause we didn't have any corporate celebrations or street fanfares. A few years back I remember evenrs and talks and such throughout the month of March.
