Woops, didn't mean to post and run.

But it looks like my smarty pants aren't needed today, it's already been handled.

Re: Apricots and Peaches....I sat there SURE that it had something to do with fuzzy/smooth skins. COULDN'T remember what skins apricots had. Till I recalled that there were some in the kitchen and I could go check. Smart pants maybe, head.....not so much sometimes ;) ,

But, that's also one of the questions where they test your creativity and so on...do you go by

Grow on trees?
Colour?
Pits or seeds?
Grow singly or in bunches or groups?

Your score and the meaning of your score varies a little by what choices you make...

I was doing o.k. but then Jen and Lisa caught 25 frogs, and if you ever read my story Jen's Trip ch. 2, you will understand why I ran like hell screaming.

Your Intellectual Type is Word Warrior. This means you have exceptional verbal skills. You can easily make sense of complex issues and take an unusually creative approach to solving problems. Your strengths also make you a visionary. Even without trying you're able to come up with lots of new and creative ideas. And that's just a small part of what we know about you from your test results.

The score itself was off by quite a bit from other IQ tests I have taken. It was 10-15 points lower than all other IQ scores I have gotten.

I ditto Crimson's answer, Word Warrior also. Funny how far off I was from other tests I've taken in the past.

Wicked:kiss:

I got 142.

It would have been nice to know what I got right and what I got wrong.

The problen about Lisa and Jen and the frogs was simple. Now, if it had been grasshoppers, that would have been difficult!

Your Intellectual Type is Visionary Philosopher. This means you are highly intelligent and have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a variety of different ways. Like Plato, your exceptional math and verbal skills make you very adept at explaining things to others — and at anticipating and predicting patterns.

IQ is 136 it says.

Definately off. I've taken a real IQ test and scored higher. This is roughly 20 points low.

I've done this one before.

As to the "real" IQ test question, you're looking at a member of MENSA

My score was different than most of the fluff tests I've taken, but I haven't taken an actual IQ test since elementary school.

I prefer to just buy the MENSA quiz books, etc. That way I can sit at home tell myself I could join without the humiliation of trying. :D

I kept breaking my pencil point off the screen.

It was no big deal. I took their test my last semester of college (eons ago) just so I could have something "impressive" to put on my otherwise empty resume. Got a job, so I guess it worked.

The organization, IMO, is rather lame. They could do so much good ... but they opt to be insular. Feh!

I got 135 second time round with no distractions.

The first time I took this test, I was up there with Bill Gates :(
