Any sex can be an expression of dominance if given the right context, even a kiss. The question at hand is whether or not anal is inherently an act of dominance, and I would argue that it is not so long as there is true consent.

True consent is that which takes place b/w adults who are of clear mind and there is no coercion or deceit.
