Something nuked the server, and that's either a fix, or a replacement and rebuilding the site from the backup files.

I was on earlier today, getting the server address errors. There are a few ways to enter chat, none are working on my end.

Same thing the other night too. Not sure how long that outage was, it was after midnight but up again the next morning.

I was in the rooms when a friend messaged asking if it was down. I said "not for me". I then closed my laptop, came back later...and I couldn't log back in. Same error messages as everyone else.

Not hopeful, but I work in technology, they could have did a better job of notifying users of changes or do their testing in a test environment perhaps...

It seems the DNS entry for chat.literotica.com was deleted. That is why it is down. It seems it should be an easy fix to update DNS to have the IP addresses for the servers. And it is possible to work around this by editing the hosts file locally using the old IP addresses (which can be discovered by looking for the historical DNS information).

The secret that works ATM at least for me- go to the the chat site (https://chat.literotica.com/chat/) it will say can't be reached - now click back on your browser and then click forward and magic!?

but then when you hit log-in nothing happens and same error message again.

It was probably in your browser cache, once you launch, the back option shouldn’t be available
