Perpetrators of workplace bullying -particularly the passive aggressive one- are more often than not female.

Ah, I just remembered something! Someone posted a link once, to this algorithm that was supposed to tell you if a piece of text was written by a male or a female, based on the way language is used. If I remember rightly, it was fairly accurate. Someone (less lazy than me) should find it and run a few of our trolls through it.
