Is writing a chore?

Chore?

Chicklet,

When I sit to write, the words just flow by themselves. I love it. The pulp-trash I write is of no great value, but it's fun to write and I hope those who take the time to explore it enjoy.

However, I have one piece I have been writing for months that is pure toture. Why do I do this to myself? It is one of only two true stories I have or ever will do. And it's not about me, but about the rape of a great, long time friend.

So maybe the emotional attachment makes this piece work.
