I don't (luckily) hear the craziest conspiracy shit that much. That all sounds next level.

The stuff I have to deal with is mostly people who know best how this situation should be dealt with and who for some reason believe they have access to exactly the same information that the government, or even more.

Many things, but one of them is that I got out of the bed and dislocated my toe in the process. And today is the kind of day that I have to wear heels at work* so I predict a certain level of discomfort in my future.

*Nobody is specifically making me wear heels of course, but I just don't have flats that are dressy enough, soooo...

Ooof, that is not nice at all! And I can sympathise with the lack of dressy flats - too comfy so you wear them out, forget to replace them and get lumped with heels every time. Not that I have many heel occasions any more (and my bunions rejoice!) I hope you have many opportunities to slip those suckers off during the day when no one is looking

But what is it about toes and injury - I got my little toe stuck under a door last week and fell into my standing mirror when I tried to yank it out. If bad things come in threes someone else from here may well be next...

Dislocating a toe isn't an easy process. Hopefully you didn't break it. I've had 2 breaks back to back because of improper healing. Not something that is fun to deal with. Ugh!
I can't imagine having to wear heels of closed shoes at that time. I'm soooo sorry!

I've never really had dressy flats. I like heels. After today I realize the error in my shoe buying habits.

Sadly, or luckily, the aching foot was the least of my problems. Just one of those days.

Drove by an outdoor furniture store that had a kaleidoscope of plastic Adirondack chairs set up outside. Must have been over a hundred of them in bright vibrant colors but alas, traffic was heavy and I couldn't get a pic.

The toe is a little sore but nothing I'm not used to. And I did awesome with the heels! The only real problem was that I taped my toes together and the tape snagged my pantyhose. But I was prepared for that as well and had an extra pair, so it wasn't a problem.

The day went well all in all even though I was really nervous about it.

I miss him. He must be in hiding. Because. Chairs.

That's the logical thing for him to do. The constant raging brought on by Adirondack chairs must not be good for his health.

It would be good to hear from him, though.
