It Came From a Dumpster

Yayati was a particularly obnoxious poster here in the early days, the Indian version of LT. Actually, Yayati was probably an LT alt.

I'm sorry to hear of PC's demise. My heart and prayers go out to his family and loved ones.

yaya predates lt.

I'm really sad to hear this.

It's not been easy. I am grateful to someone here contacting me some time ago to keep me in touch. I had lost his number when I got a new phone and knew he wasn't online. I was in a panic. He was just such a great guy. I was very blessed to know him.

I'm hurting for his little girl and mom right now.

You know, PC is somewhere getting a chuckle out of this thread being bumped. It was after all one of his personal favorites. :)

PC and I never interacted much on the board, but I never missed reading one of his posts. He always made me laugh. He was so smart and witty, and he will be missed.

This is the thread that he would point to and say was his funniest.

I loved him.
I'm going to miss hearing his laugh, learning about his beautiful daughter, his wickedly dead on Boomhauer impersonation, arguing about Locke vs. Jack - faith vs. science, his strange in-a-pinch masturbation lube stories, the idiots he worked with, politics, his dogs and just his voice.

He use to tell me how much I helped him out several years ago. He thanked me many times for advice I gave and for being a sounding board but truth be told he gave me far more than I gave him. He entered my life at a time when I sorely needed a friend, though I wasn't aware of how great that need was at the time.

Most saw his biting wit - few were allowed to see his tender and loving heart. I'm going to miss my friend terribly.

I'm not going to get into the specifics. I'll leave that to anyone who was much closer to him to share if they feel okay with that. I'll just say, PC was ill for some time now. This was not sudden, PC knew his time was being cut short. My heart just goes out to his family, and those that were close to him. It's a huge loss for many. PC was a classic here at LIT, and cared for by many.

Damn sorry to hear about PC. Loved by some and disliked by others but I believe respected by all. :(

On a happier note, SUMMERY!! TACKLEHUGS! omg, its been so long since I've even heard about you! So glad your still around.. *clicks summerys link* :D
missed ya lots! :rose::kiss::heart:

This.

It's so good to see you here

This.

It's so good to see you here

Thank you darling - I hope to email you within the next day or two.
Here are some of my personal (vain!) favorites.

The world needs more people like you. Yes, there are definitely not enough large-breasted women with loose sexual morals around. Especially since this whole fundamentalist Christian thing started getting popular.

Goddamn Christians.

I told him at the time it was one of the nicest things someone had said to me here - and just over 5 years later I have to say that still stands true.

I believe that if I can heft Jinxie's boobs (one in each hand) I should be named Festivus Grand Champion.

**

I was gonna say a couple of hydraulic jacks and some wheelbarrows, but maybe you've got man-hands...

I'm ignoring you now, it's official.

Aw.

I apologize for using my extraordinary powers of exaggeration to emphasize the miraculous enormity of your female breasts.

I am an unrepentant size King. Please accept my humble apologies and I will worship from now on at your bosom.

Your huge, wonderful, Mcdonald's kiddieland sized bosom.

No one else was nearly as cleverly descriptive about the boobs and in such a way that it's actually weirdly flattering.

Reading his old posts, emails, pm's, etc have made me smile when I haven't felt like smiling all day.
I wish that I could stay up longer tonight, I wish that I could continue looking up PC threads/posts that I remember with fondness, but 6am comes pretty early.

I completely understand, and if I hear anything else (and I am likely to), I will let you know first thing.

Thank you for this. I feel bi-polar, laughing and crying at the same time. He was genius, and he knew pretty when he knew you.

Think it helps, to find the laughter between the tears.
Love to the both of you!

As a writer, cajoler, troll-baiter, newbie-taunter, parody lover, Idiot Clique scourge, rational thinker, and black and white avatar dude, PC was one of the few truly kindred spirits I've come across here at Lit, or anywhere else on line, and if the universe were ruled by me, as it should be, there would be a whole list of douchebags, fucktards, and Yayatis well ahead of him in line to be thrown off the grid first. If no one's pulling my leg here, I'm very sorry, wish his family well, and will miss him.

This thread was started not long before I started posting here, and it was the sort of thing that made you feel you wanted to become of the GB yourself. PC's Lit heyday was also probably the last time that the tone on the GB was set more by cool people than by simpletons (Yayati was never more than a nuisance here), so I think he deserves a lot of credit for the growth of this place.

I can't speak at all to his personal qualities, but he's been missed on the board, and I'm very sorry we won't see any more of him. He had some nice things to say about me here when I was a glorified newb still looking to fit in, and it was highly appreciated. For all his reputation as the worst enemy you could make on the GB, the truth is that he was very willing to disagree in a polite way, assuming you weren't making an idiot out of yourself.

Anything else I could say would sound too much like early morning maudlin Irish shit, combined with a lament for the sad state of the current GB and the general unfairness of a world where good people die too young and yet Sylvester Stallone keeps getting to make movies. And since PC would have hated all that and not been shy about saying so, I'll stop here.

So cause some TURD SNIFFING TERRORIST had nice things to say about you

This place was better then

Then it is now?

Have you actually read the shit that was thrown at our side the past 9 years?

Or do you just look with ONE eye?

As much as those who knew him, loved him, cared for him and adored him are heartbroken today it's his family that I keep thinking about.

His mother said to me that she hoped I never had to experience a child dying - I cannot begin to fathom the depths of her loss and I truly hope that I will never have to.
He loved his daughter more than any other and I hope that's something she'll know as she grows. It breaks my heart to think about her not having him behind her as she comes up in the world. I pray that she'll have some memories that stick with her, that doesn't fade away. I'm sure that she'll always know how much he loved her, that isn't something easily forgotten.
I feel badly for his ex. It's difficult being a single mother when the father is still around, still taking on his responsibilities and then some, but it becomes beyond difficult when you no longer have that back up. The support system. The person you know you can count on to help when you're sick, to take over certain duties when you're exhausted, etc. How hard this is going to be to explain to their daughter, not only now but the questions as she grows up.

I didn't know him nearly as well as some of you oldies, but I still consider him to be one of the wittiest, smartest posters Lit has ever had. His sarcasm could be razor sharp and suffering fools gladly wasn't his strongest point. Makes me wish I'd joined in 2002 so I could have posted more with him.

RIP, PC.
