‘Tyranny of the Majority’: Appeals Court Confirms It’s Constitutional to Make Fun of Leftist Rants

by Bob Unruh, WND

December 23, 2025

(WND)—A ruling from the sometimes far-left 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has confirmed that it still is constitutional in the United States to make fun of leftist rants.

The free speech fight comes out of the University of Washington, which had ordered a faculty member to include in his class syllabus an extremist statement about land and native tribes.

Those exclusively political claims stem from an adherence to ideology that indigenous tribes in America built the United States, and the settlers from Europe had nothing to do with it.

The university told its faculty to promote the land claims of “the Coast Salish peoples of this land, the land which touches the shared waters of all tribes and bands within the Suquamish, Tulalip, and Muckleshoot nations.”

As we dismantle the tired dogmas of the usual suspects, the halls of this once-great institution will echo with shrieking outrage, puddles of tears, and the unmistakable whiff of soiled diapers...and it will all be legal. :D

Litanie contre la peur”, the sacred chant pussies mutter like medieval monks whenever reality gets inconvenient. Nothing reinforces a miniature pair of balls like whispering a sci-fi mantra to yourself while shitting your pants, and being convinced that repeating it will magically substitute for the spine you never had. You're a delusional dipshit.

Oh dear.
Patriot TV is now a quotable source.

And we now know that the Felon never visited Lolita Island on the Lolita Express, because he told us so and we believe him.

What makes today any different for them than any other day???

🙄

The "left" was NEVER so sad that they stormed the Capitol, beat Capitol police (leading to several officers’ deaths in the days following the attack), shit all over the Capitol, and then held their breath & stomped their feet for FOUR FUCKING YEARS while crying about a "stolen election"…

😑

👉 Wat 🤣

🇺🇸

We. Told. Them. So.

Oh look - quotes!!! Quotes means the trigger triggered.

Knuckleheads!!!

Without looking into it any further, I can tell THAT'S a lie! No academic department in America propounds that "ideology," not even on the Rez!

Rousseau was profoundly influenced by Native American critique of European society. The first Americans were appalled by the hierarchy and repression they witnessed when they came into contact with the Europeans. The American ideal of Freedom can be traced directly back to Native American political thinkers like Kondiaronk.

This indigenous influence was why American democracy took such a different path than democracy on the continent of Europe.

Check out the court ruling. Check out as well the statement the university required the professor to read, and what he read instead.

And our federal republic was consciously modeled on the Iroquois League. In fact, the FFs had Iroquois consultants with them in Philadelphia.

And so the thread degenerates into some shallow screed on the "noble savage."
Of course Rousseau was a dumbass. He imagined primitive humans living like deer, as wandering individuals, not part of any society or family at all. Even our pre-human hominid ancestors had some form of social organization.

The above is pure fantasy. I'll reply when I have a bit more time, but just for openers, I'll say this, Rousseau was not “profoundly influenced” by Native American political thought. Rousseau never met Kondiaronk, never read primary Indigenous political texts, and never cited Native American governance as a foundational source.

It would have been better if he had been -- see post #19.

There is NO WAY Clinton comes out of all this worse than Trump, nor Dems worse than Pubs.
True, but beside the point. The point is, we on the left have always said Clinton ought to have to face the music too if he's implicated, and now the man himself is calling for full disclosure, and they still just have to pretend the opposite.
