You can't equate the first one with the second one.

I have no clue who Ann is (gender, age and so on) or who she/he was in the past. And I'm not interested in her/his gender either, tbh.
All I'm interested in are her/his -non-attacking- witty or funny posts. (some people disagree with me, but I find Ann to be an intelligent and funny poster who entertains me). And since I haven't seen any perverted behaviors on Ann's part since I joined the forum, I don't believe that I'm enabling a Current stalker.

However, the vast majority of times that I read Ann's posts, I come across some poster (under their real or fake name) who posts cancer comments. I can't simply put so many attack alts or posters on iggy (whereas They can put me on iggy - I'm just one) and That disturbs my forum experience.
