Thing were busy here while I was gone. I just decided to meet Philly in Vienna. He had to go to the Swiss Alps for a few weeks and this was going tobe the only time to see him. So I cashed in some frequent flyer miles and took off. Very nice and enjoyable trip.

I got an interesting private message here while I was gone. The guy was basically asking how it was that I let myself get used in so many different situations by ex boyfriends and didn't I ever learn from my mistakes.

Well first off, for the most part, I don't consider my actions to have been mistakes and if you had been one of those involved, I don't think you would've either. They were simply steps on the road of life that I chose to take.

When I dating someone and feel that I'm in love with that person, I'll do pretty anything they ask as long as I'm not hurting someone else in the process. If it gets them off to have other men see my breasts... ok then I'll let other men see my breasts. If he wants to watch another man with me and I think he can handle it, then I'll do that too. I don't consider any of that slutty or being taken advantage of. It may be out of the mainstream of popular thinking, but there you go.

What confuses me is why you would bother to spend time looking at and reading the posts here if you are so clearly offended by it. I would recommend going to some other page where you can be more comfortable. However, I don't think that'll happen. I think you are probably one of those sad sacks who can only feel better if you feel superior to someone else. You chose the wrong place to play that game sir... go away and never darken my door again or put another way.

I really am sorry...

I don't mean to cause an issue or uproar. Most of the time, the private messages are ok, but sometimes... they need to see the light of day. I think if this message would've been posted here, I might not've had such a problem, I just find it rather cowardly to send such messages via private communications. If you have something ugly to say... then say it and pay the penalty if any for such an action. Hey... who knows, you might even be right.

Now... that said, I've also gotten some private messages that I brought to this board that weren't particularly pleasant to address, but in at least one of the those cases, the person was really concerned for me and a picture that I posted and didn't want to embarrass me. I loved that he was discreet and allowed me the opportunity to address the issue, which I also did here. So not all these private messages are bad, some are just silly and rude, but I have to expect those and am ok with it.

I just don't like personal attacks disguised as a concerned citizen.

They don't always hurt or even very often... cold days, I mean New England cold days will do it and sometimes... I don't know why but they just twist up so hard that the ache. Vienna

I had the opportunity to travel to Vienna, Salzburg and Prague this past fall and from what I know of you from your thread, I'm sure you loved Vienna. Did you make it to see Klimt's "The Kiss"?

I was lucky and they were restoring the frescos at Carl's Church and there was a scaffolding with an elevator you could take to the top of the lantern and stand inches away from the paintings and see the level of detail.

If you ever have the opportunity, Prague is amazing as well.
