I've been out of commission for the last few weeks with end of the season painting and all that entails, so now I'm just worn down the bone. I jumped in my car a couple days before Christmas and just started driving. Those who have followed the thread for a while know that's just how I deal with the world when it starts pressing me to hard. Maybe it's just the holidays... I don't know, I just like to escape sometimes and so that's what I'm doing now.

I'll keep you posted, but don't this will be a long run. I have to fly to Belize in the middle of January, so I do have a sort of deadline I guess.

I was cleaning in the attic...

And found an envelope of old photos from Art school. The pictures are kind of interesting in that they were all shot by my old art school boyfriend Bob and a lot of them were shown in class. He was a photography major and I was in fine arts, so we never really were in class together. However we knew all the same people and so they all saw me in these shots.

I naively thought that because Bob didn't show my face, they would know it was me. I don't know what I was thinking. In many ways, I was such an innocent back then.

Of course they all realized pretty quickly that the shots were of me. Some of the more risque shots weren't shown publicly, but the instructors saw them. It was kind of a strange feeling when I realized that all these men had seen me like this.

In this series of shots...

It's really fun for me to look back at these shots.

The year before I had let my old art teacher photograph me... you all know that, I posted those pictures here.

Now I was letting my boyfriend essentially do the same thing, but for some reason, I was much more nervous about it. I guess I didn't want him to think badly of me, but that turned out not to be a problem.

I let him shoot me topless and then let him talk me into more. It was a pretty wild time. He was a voyeur and I was an exhibitionist even if I didn't really realize it at the time, he did.
