Breaded cod fish and spiced chicken in the oven. Collard greens and string beans are already done. I may make Mac n cheese or oven cooked potatoes cut up.

I cooked enough for an army and it's only 2 of us here. Not to mention I have blueberries, pineapples, strawberries, apples and Mandarin oranges. I may bake a cake and get some sweet cream and top it with those fruits.

The rain has left my area, but it manged to keep the temp below 80, so I'm a happy girl. Now we just need a cabana boy with milk shakes and snacks.
