there are a few brewers around these Lit parts, AF, Lolly and Bard. I think there are a couple more too but I cant think of who at the moment.

I saw where AF won some prizes for some of his in a local competition.

It gives it the hazelnut flavor. Alas, the only liqueur I have is Peach Schnapps. Not too compatible with chocolate.

I made Kahlua pecan brittle once....soooo good!

Peach snaps is good on ice cream though!

I took it to the office, and one of the guys is a super-religious teetotaler. He went crazy for it - if I had told him what was in it, he would've been mortified.
