Jett
(OOC: Welcome back, Poohlive.)
"Sufferin' Satellites! Where are we?" exclaims Jett.
"Welcome to the real Mars." says the alien.
Jett looks around in awe. As far as the eye can see there is forest (or is it jungle) consisting of mainly green and red.
No! Not everywhere. Ahead in the distance lies some type of city. It is too far away to make anything out.
Above him is sunlight (or what he believes to be sunlight) obscured by clouds. He notices that there is no horizon. Instead it appears like that the ground slowly raises into the sky.
"Beautiful." he comments.
"Thank you." replies the alien.
Jett turns and finds instead of the robed alien, a beautiful green amazon woman. The robes laying in heap at her feet.
"That's better." she says, shaking her dark green (almost black) hair which hung in locks over her shoulders.
She is almost as breath-taking as the view around him. He cannot help but take in the firm body covered by a skin-tight outfit, emphasising her large breasts and firm thighs.
"Who are you?" asks Jett.
"I am S'Halla." she answers as she stoops down to gather up her robes.
Jett in turns formally introduces himself and his companions.
"My name is Jett Starr of Rocket Force and this Lieutenant Rick Rocket." pointing to his unconscious crewman still in the Robot's arms.
"I am pleased to meet 'Jett Starr of Rocket Force' and who is the other one?" S'Halla points at the Robot.
"Oh! That's my Robot, he's a mechanised utility."
"Interesting." S'Halla then looks at the unconscious Rick. "Your friend appears to be hurt."
"I found him like this after he had been attacked by, I think you call them Tordans."
"Come, I will take you to my village." S'Halla starts to walk away from the distinct city.
"Woa! Before we go anyway, I want to know exactly where we are." Jett says.
"As I have already stated, Mars or specifically, we are inside it."
"But that's the sky." Jett pointing upwards.
"No," corrects the beautiful alien, "that's the planet's core."
"Then if that's the core of Mars, then we are standing on the inside of its surface?." asks Jett.
"Exactly." smiles the alien and resumes walking, again away from the city.
"Excuse me, but aren't we going the wrong way?" Jett asks, pointing to the city.
S'Halla does not even pause as she answers.
"You do not want to go there."
"Why not?" asks Jett.
"That is where They live." she answers.
"They?"
"The ones who control the three-legged machines."
She means the Tripods!
Seeing S'Halla is still walking, he decides to follow suit.
"Follow me, Robot."
He pulls out his communicator only to find that it has been smashed.
Damn!
Is S'Halla friend or foe? Why does she look so human? For that and other answers, stayed tuned...
