I failed to mention that one of our drivers (transporting a juvenile client) got into an accident yesterday too (no one was hurt, she was hit from behind by 3 high school boys).....and this afternoon when I got back.......the same driver went off the road with the foster brother of the one she was transporting yesterday! (again no one was hurt!)

Hey hun another day from hell at work....we had one person quit ( I was brought into the room as an objective witness to a reprimand to this worker so I got to witness the heated argument and was just as surprised when the now former worker presented a tape recorder! Now I have to write up a whole statement......then we got a threat from a client who threatened to kill us all....so the cops had to come over and everything else.......so it's been a very interesting day!

(yesterday a worker got fired, I got sick at work and there were problems with another worker)
