Don't do anything rash (like deleting all your pictures)...

...I recall we had something like happen before until something somewhere was tweaked.

People who have talked to moderators have confirmed that this appears to be technical. Of interest is that re-uploaded pictures retain their original upload dates and times, so the system isn't completely losing track of them.

Damned annoying though!
