Damn girl....when you get messed up, you get messed up right, don't you ?!?!? *4* cortizone shots ?!?!? LOL I know....it's not funny....*believe* me, I know. About the only thing that really helped me was to give your arch a LOT of support either by getting some Dr. Scholls inserts or getting an ankle brace that goes over your whole foot. That helps some, but the only *real* cure is time, unfortunately. From what I read when I was having problems, even the surgery is not 100% foolproof....but I hope it helps you !!!

funny you should mention the inserts like those...I paid $350.00 cash for special custom made orthodics that have not helped! Time....well, it's been over a year (hence my weight gain, ugh!)

yes, I know the surgery may only be a temporary fix....but that is better than no fix at all!
