Judicial Watch Has Filed A Suit Against The CIA

They had all the memos, but somebody tore them into itty bitty pieces.

The draft Executive Order to order the military to seize voting machines in key states would seem to fall under the umbrella of "illegal conduct", though I'm quite sure you find a way to rationalize it.

A draft order is not AN order.

You seem to think that examining all possible actions an executive can take but doesn't as the same thing as if they did those things.

It's not illegal to say; "what if...?" as long as you don't act on it.

So, again what ILLEGAL ACTIONS did he take? Please list them.

As for Judicial Watch:

Judicial Watch (JW) is an American conservative activist group[1] that files Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits to investigate claimed misconduct by government officials. Founded in 1994, JW has primarily targeted Democrats, in particular the Presidency of Bill Clinton, the Presidency of Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton. It was founded by attorney Larry Klayman, and has been led by Tom Fitton since 2003.

The organization has described climate science as "fraud science" and has filed lawsuits against government climate scientists. JW has made numerous false and unsubstantiated claims that have been picked up by right-wing news outlets and promoted by conservative figures. Former U.S President Donald Trump has repeatedly cited false claims by Judicial Watch about voter fraud. Courts have dismissed the vast majority of its lawsuits.[2]

This one will suffer the same fate.

Lol, more gutter legal advice from those who know nothing but promote themselves as guru's of everything.

In order to be convicted of "planning something", you MUST have done something in furtherance of the "something" that is illegal. This requires more than forming just the initial idea.

Further, as the chief exec of the US, Trump's job is to draft EO's and float them as possible solutions to problems which have arisen. So, the draft EO wouldn't be a "criminal endeavor" even if it'd been executed. It might be held to be UnConstitutional after a legal challenge, but that's different from a criminal act.

Unless you really want to hold to that std. In which Case I point out to you Brandon's "illegal" acts in the form of the eviction moratorium, the OSHA mandate, and secret transportation and releasing of single male immigrants into the US in violation of a court order.

So, you want to go there or not? Because I assure you that if you do, Karma IS going to bite you on the ass. Hard.

Given what happened in January 6th, I'd say the CIA's actions against Trump were more than justified. If anything, they didn't do enough to stop it.

Your article talks a lot about the CIA and the Military plotting to undermine then-president Trump, but it conveniently does not mention the plot to undermine the Constitution, and American Democracy, by Trump himself.

Remember, in a democratic republic, there are checks and balances. Trump did not believe in checks and balances. He wanted absolute power and wanted to overturn the results of an election he lost. This is not how a democratic republic works. This is how countries like Haiti, Sudan, and the Congo work.

Whatever, douche! Go get your fucking booster!

His little fantasy fails to mention the conspiracy between the WH and the DOJ to frame Flynn so they could hamstring Trump during the transition. It fails to mention the machinations by Congress to promote the fraudulent Steele Dossier in order to diminish the President's accomplishments. It fails to mention that Trump was impeached twice for fraudulent reasons based on the prior fraudulent acts by those doing the impeaching. It fails to mention that the calls for impeachment came before Trump even took office formally and that those calls had absolutely no basis in fact or truth yet were made anyway. It fails to mention all the claims that Trump was an illegitimate president who was elected only through rampant voter fraud.

Which kind of sounds like a conspiracy to commit sedition to me, and when someone omits all of it while promoting their own narrative based on more of the same false claims, it makes them just as culpable as the conspirators in my eyes.

You should learn the definition of treason before using the word.

PrivateStolenValor will tell you that he's an expert in intel and covert ops, as well as flying super secret spy planes faster than twice the speed of sound, so he don't need to learn no stinkin' definitions.
