I was not ignoring anyone, just breathing a bit.

I was lucky to have 3 days off in a row to feel through this.

Then with work I have been able to remember the here and now.

I know this is all just a part of life. A part to help me grow. Stronger hopefully.

Don't build those walls so high no one can scale them. A lucky lady it will be that finds you. Don't run from love. You have so much to give once the healing has taken place and you can love again.
I just re~read it and was crying again. You're a treasure. I'm very happy to know you as my friend.
