It won't let me post a self-extracting version... so, the best option I have is WinZip (which I've used for a while and still have on my 98 machine -- XP built zip archiving into the OS.)

They have a 21 day evalution version free at http://winzip.com/downwz.htm (it works for 21 days, then quits unless you buy one). This is, however, only a Windows solution. I'll look a bit more for Mac possibilities, if necessary. Just let me know.

(I test downloaded it, and it worked fine, so I figure it's something like this. Otherwise, I'll find some other way to post the file somewhere.
