I don't run for exercise. Played a lot of baseball and basketball when I was younger. Nowadays, I keep in shape by bicycling, a little softball in the summer and golf, walking not using the electric cart.

I just started practice last night for my Co-Ed Softball league.....

How could anyone concentrate on softball while you're playing?

I love Co-Ed leagues, far better to go out for beers after a game with some women instead of a bunch of guys.
