I haven't seen a difference on my PC, other than that the Lit account is more active than it used to be. And the screenshot doesn't look like anything I see.

I have noticed that (if you're logged in) alerts are showing up on the opening page.

you probably need to have "Participate in early site feature versions beta-testing" turned on in your profile options!

I do, I still don't have this latest thing showing up. It sometimes takes a few days for them to show up for me though.
