I was... in my youth... and spent many a happy scooter run over on the IOW in the 80's...

Anyway, the nickname stuck over the years... so I thought.. what better for my Lit-name :D

Still got my scooters though... and all my old 60's vinyl... and i suppose... Once a Mod, always a Mod !!! :) :kiss:
 
ohhh i think once a mod its there engraved on the heart ...its been many years since since ive graced the back of a scooter but i still get a chill when i hear them all here at easter and august bank holiday

i went to the last run at brighton in 84 mum was at the 1st one in 64

PS... I was at '84 run to Brighton... as well as the massive one at the IOW that year !!! :heart:

PPS... if you were at the IOW that year and saw the "bare bum" contest on the Big Stage, I was the one second from the right ;) :D
 
btw way at the 84 IOW run i was the one dancing standing up with no top on back of friends lamberetta to ( ewww) bad manners ;)
