Personally, I think at this point anyone whose stilll around should just “tell instead of showing what they’ve been doing” and we just start with the next big adventure. I think otherwise it’ll just chew up gobs of time.

There was a lot of stuff planned for the intermediate time between missions that really needs to pay off, otherwise I would be super on board for that.

If need be, we can still have the interquel stuff happen during flashbacks as the main storyline unfolds, but I would still like to address some of that.

I want to see who's still on board here and who still wants to do what so I know what to prioritize and to help me get stuff straight in my head after the hiatus.

Sorry I didn't stay in touch more on my phone, it's just been crazy and that's kind of had an effect on my fragile mentality.

At this time I had Velocity running full speed away from a group of villains in Keystone city, oh wait, make that she was making a strategic withdrawal lol.

Green Arrow meanwhile was coercing Constantine to send him to where Ghost Rider was so he could rescue her from herself.

However with Var maybe taking a powder on this thread, that side story could become redundant.

That is indeed a concern.

As my friend, co-mod, and a big chunk of the cast, Var leaving would be catastrophic. Not insurmountable, but I would need to give serious thought to how to proceed without leaving any loose plot threads.

It's my hope that she left mainly because of inactivity, and that word of a revival may inspire her to return. I have PMed her a couple days ago, when she responds I'll know more. Hopefully I can fix things!
