My schedule rotates, so I just need to know a when and then will try to get off (work) and be there.

Evenings or Fri, Sat Sun here, my vote is to make it sort of like a last Fri of the month or something. Or last Tues etc. That way it is easy to remember.

hmm even though i work on the weekends, I would think thaqt more people could hang out on the weekends vs weekdays.

Surprisingly weekends usually don't work best (in my experience) With these types of meetings often people want an out. The last few I did were on Fridays but they were late afternoon. This allowed people the ability to stop in for 30 minutes or party it up all night. Maybe if we figure out a where, it might be easier to decide. Is everyone over 21? Or would people prefer a coffee shop. Maybe a coffee shop or small pub would work best for a first meeting. Less time, it is possible that we will all dispise each other, lol. As far as days... everyone list 3, we'll see if we can compromise.
