Keep getting error message when trying to attach my profile pic

I use the edit profile pic selection, browse my computer and click enter to add a pic that has been re-sized to fit the requirements, but I keep getting an error message that says it has not uploaded. Anyone have any ideas or know what I am doing wrong?
