Michelle Crone should have listened to her father 5 years ago when he was paranoid that everyone was out to get him. Her father spent tons of money fortifying their home as well as the business. It got so bad that he ended up having guards and security systems everywhere. He knew every step she made as well as the step of every employee at his company. Back then she was 20 years old and rather naïve; at least that is what she thought of herself looking back on it all.
At 5’6” tall, 135lbs with dark brown eyes and fiery red hair Michelle didn’t expect to catch the hot new employee’s attention, but she did. She felt like she was in heaven, he flirted with her, snuck her away to corners where the cameras weren’t recording and gave her some of the best and hottest kisses she ever had. She fell for him and hard. His name was Jose, Jose Buenos and he was sexy as hell.
Michelle could still remember the day he came to work for her father. Her father always made new employees go through a severe screening. By the time her father was done he pretty much knew what your DNA looked like. Michelle was watching on, in case she took over the company one day, her eyes met his and she was hooked. Her eyes continuously flicked back over to look at him and it was like he couldn’t help himself either because every time she looked he was looking right back at her. Jose actually had the balls to walk up to her father and ask for his permission to take Michelle out. Of course this was months later, but Michelle was speechless. The first time her father refused him and he vowed to earn her father’s approval to date her; Michelle fell for him that moment.
Their relationship was like a whirlwind and she really thought he loved her until that fateful day. She went to see her father that day and upon looking for him found he was out with Jose. Michelle actually got really excited thinking that maybe it had something to do with her. When she rounded the corner she witnessed probably the worst thing any daughter would have to see; Jose standing over her father’s lifeless body on a cell phone talking about the mission being complete. He turned and saw her, the shock that he got caught was quite evident, but then to watch his face turn cold as he darted away left her frozen where she was. She didn’t realize that John, one of the security men was following her and he gave chase to Jose while radioing it in about Walter.
The rest of that day was a blur, heck the rest of the next few years was a blur, but eventually Michelle got her feet under her, picked up the pieces of her heart and became the CEO her father would have been proud of. She was in the shadows so no one knew who she was, but it was her call all the same and it was just as vicious as her father’s if not more.
Upon building the business even more she realized there was something missing. When she investigated she found that there was a man, a very intelligent scientist that was so close to the cure for cancer; she had to have him. No amount of money would stop her from getting this man and having him work for her. She could see the future and if she did this she and her children’s children would be set…that is if she had any children. Ever since Jose she hadn’t even so much as looked at another man for fear he wanted to take advantage of her as well.
Her own personal team has found that Helen Guthrie, quite a wealthy woman was keeping this scientist under wraps at her place. Michelle thought long and hard on how she was going to pull this off, she needed someone conniving enough to get in good with Helen and take away what was right under her nose. One person came to mind and she growled out his name, “Jose.” She made plans with her own team to search out for Jose and then make him the offer he couldn’t refuse.
Her team returned only a few days later to inform her that they did find him and made him the offer and of course he jumped all over it. Seems rather fitting that Michelle got to pull his strings this time. She made it clear she wanted to know every move they made, wanted to see every move they made, cost was no obstacle. Deep down Michelle knew why she wanted to watch Jose, but she wasn’t about to let her emotions stop her from getting this scientist and becoming unstoppable with money and power; her bedmates for the past 5 years.
