Nope - I suck a spelling - makes no sense....
"Their" should be thier according to the stupid rule - but it's not a rule because "weird" is just like it.
There are millions of rules and millions of exceptions.
Of course (coarse) their should be spelled simply ther, or maybe thair, or maybe theyr, or maybe even thare'.
Any word where (wear) I may get confused - double letters, (like "letter or willing") or differing vowels or same sounding words for differing meanings - well - they will be potentially misspelled (you see I let that ride - _misspelled" - I have no clue - no rule covers that fucker) by me. And I usually let them ride.
Now - Native American's - they know how to spell in English - no bullshit for them - is Choptank, Canada, or even the more difficult Florida - now they know how to spell.
It's all the white mans fault - stupid white man tricks - stupid white man spelling.
