Instead of the outdoor thing. How about this instead: Start with rope, lots of it. Tie kitty up all the way from the shoulders down. Knees tied bent back, arms tied behind her back, legs spread.

Leave her eyes open so she can see you use various harmless objects on her. You can pick the objects, start with soft objects, then hard ones. One I'll choose - a large candy cane.
