nothing is impossible...dated a woman once that was having the same trouble. So I helped her out. We put him down at normal time, like 8. He cried and cried and cried. I told her to just sit there and do nothing and not to go running everytime he cried. Took only two nights, and by the third night, he knew he had to sleep and was out in about 10 mins. Of course we weren't heartless, we did play some music for him.

Wear me out, well I used to be like the energizer bunny, but I seem to have lost my conditioning lately...either being out with my back, or not enough sex, or both. I just need to build up my staminia

Well if he throws up, clean him up and put him right back down. He will learn, or don't clean him up until the morning and he will learn that it isn't that great to sleep in your own vomit. Tough Love, but sometimes you have to do it.

Luvie-I have had a horrible day lol NO SLEEP!!! My son woke up at 3am after I put him to bed and stayed up until 7 this morning then slept until 11. I did not sleep at all. I tried keeping him awake but to no avail! I will make sure I bring two king sized blankets...trust me I know how bad hay itches. I use to train special kids to horseback ride for the special olympics It was great. I love riding..horses.

save a horse then and ride a cowboy...or at least a guy from the midwest that knows what a horse looks like. that is cool that you did that for special olympics, when i was in highschool way back when (thinks you were not born and just in diapers back then LOL ) I used to work with the kids for swimming and track. One coach wanted to take me to the state to help with her kids, and she was from out of town. Just liked the way I handled all the kids I guess.

Sorry to hear about your lack of sleep and the reason for it... I hear duct tape works really well in instances, like trying to get some sleep
