The Mirage....
Rhiannon enjoyed as he paraded her across her place of employment. She had always secretly yearned to be a showpiece on the arm of an important man.
Being a Vegas native, she had briefly visited all of the hotels and even dabbled a bit at the Vegas lifestyle. However, she had never been treated like she was on holiday here, after all it is her hometown.
In the cab, she moved close to Roger, but not too close to seem a whore. She wanted to clear the air about something, but she wasn't really sure what to say.
"Roger...I just want to say that this really isn't my thing. I never date hotel guests. You are an exception to the rule."
She hoped that that would dissuade any ideas he had about her being Vegas trash that slept with everything that walked through the door with a sports coat and a fistful of $20s.
She was quiet for a bit then, enjoying the view on the short cab ride. When they arrived and the doorman opened the taxi door for her she stepped out and gasped. It was not like she had never been here, it was that she had never been here like this.
"Thank you so much for sharing your discovery of our city with me Roger. I don't know how I ever will repay you."
She smiled widely as she took his arm and began to stride inside exactly as she had always imagined.
