From what I understand, being lasered is the same feeling of being waxed, that is the skin is utterly smooth as the hair is completely removed.

For the cost, it's a case by case basis - you go into a centre (and make sure your aesthetician is certified) and they will look at the area to be dehaired and will tell you the cost and the time. You can also check various epilation centres in your region and they might have a price guideline.
