Last Daughter of Krypton: Legion OOC

Nothing like that feeling of going to bed feeling fine, only to wake up and wonder what you did to make some muscles you didn't know you had used hurting.

Uh huh. And the boys, oh the boys.......... Made an old lady feel so very appreciated....:D

Oh, and as an aside I think Christopher Eccleston may be my favorite Doctor...... I am loving the early relationship of the Doctor and Rose.

Perhaps this is self-evident based on Jaime Hamilton, but Ten will always be "my" Doctor.

But Eccleston, oh, he was fantastic.

And seeing those formative moments with Rose, with Pete and Jackie and Mickey and Captain Jack... when I went back and watched Nine's run after falling in love with Ten, I could not forgive myself for not watching when Nine first showed up.

I'd be happy 'tween both Mr. Eccleston and Ms. Piper. Oh what her lips do to me..... Just damn.

Now a question is presented. Should I post at the Pole or should there be some deep space mayhem?

Hmmm hard to chose. I love 10 and Donna (dr. Donna) the best. Second comes 10 and Rose, and then I'd have to say 11 and Amy. But that's just me.

It was midnight in the swamp. Moonlight filtered through a canopy of cypress and weeping willow. The sounds of the swamp rose and fell as a chorus of bullfrogs aspired to be the lead vocalists.

But it was quiet. And still. The black water was unmoving except where an occasional alligator broke the surface with its two great eyes. A water moccasin slithered silently across the top of the dark surface, breaking the water's plane with a serpentine wake.

A raccoon sat on a cluster of cypress knees; the roots of the cypress tree that broke through the ground and thrust themselves above the water line to seek air. The small animal deftly plucked minnows from the water's edge that had been drawn there by the shafts of moonlight.

Somewhere in the distance a bobcat let out a cry.

Martian Manhunter focused his powerful mind. He closed his eyes and slowly turned his head as he felt each and every living creature in the swamp. He saw them in his mind as pinpoints of light against a dark background, not unlike stars against the black sky. Each shone with the intensity of its life force. As he turned his head farther, one in particular outshone them all.

"Doctor Holland?" J'onn asked, whispering into the mist that hovered lightly above the ankle-deep water where he stood.

"I am here," came the reply in a rumbling voice that itself whispered against the trees.

J'onn opened his eyes and before him the very swamp came alive. The cluster of cypress that stood just in front of him moved, it seemed, on two legs and in the shape of a man.

But, not a man.

A Swamp Thing.

You know I just wanna play Jo and Tinya huh?

a) Not much has happened in the space storyline, so I will probably be able to reply easier without having to do all this ducks-in-a-row stuff I'm proving so slow at with The Pole.

b) I really miss Aztek and M'onel.

c) :: Sergeant Avery Johnson :: Oh, I know what the ladies like. ;)
