yes it is. Found a picture of a star on the net. and a heraldry symbol. Erased the inside of the heraldry symbol. insert star. and color in the missing spaces. (square picture) didn't exactly fit my need so i had to edit. and it was not easy.

But then pictures aren't my skill zone.
