is representing the Trump campaign in what may be its last stand in Pennsylvania —
an unlikely lawsuit intended to block the Keystone State from certifying its election
results.
Scaringi, who began his political career as a legislative aide to former Pennsylvania
senator Rick Santorum, (ick!) made an unsuccessful Republican primary run in 2012
to challenge Sen. Robert P. Casey Jr. (D-Pa.). In 2016, he volunteered on the Trump
campaign and served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention, according

Battle For The Ballots- The Attempt to Baffle Judges with Bullshit is Failing
It's Pennsylvania's 20 electoral votes that Trump really wants.
Trump's own campaign has had to admit one key claim was frivolous,
and has scrapped it.
Trump's campaign removed a key component of its claim against Democratic counties
in Pennsylvania -
that election officials had limited their observers’ ability to watch the vote counts.
The campaign has been trying to nullify more than 600,000 votes on this claim,
and now have had to revise their case. Because it was bullshit.
Now the case is alleging only that some Democratic counties allowed voters who had
errors on their mail-in ballots were allowed to fix them before Election Day.
The number of ballots now in contention is far too small to change the outcome
of the election, even though the campaign is still asking U.S. District Court Judge
Matthew Brann to prevent the state from certifying the election. Pennsylvania
Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar amended and resubmitted her request for the
judge to dismiss the lawsuit, writing the Trump amended suit "materially narrows
the pending allegations to a single claim."

Campaign officials described the "Four Seasons" episode as disastrous, saying it scared off
many of the lawyers they spent months recruiting, who now no longer wanted to be involved

Citizens United President David Bossie was tapped to oversee the challene to the legality
ofmail-in ballots, because of his conservative street cred and connections to pro-Trump
activists around the country. David Bossie has joined a regular 9:30 a.m. conference call
with general counsel Matt Morgan, as well as top campaign officials Bill Stepien, Justin
Clark and Jason Miller, to discuss the day’s agenda.
Their strategy has resulted in a clash with Giuliani, who has advocated for more of

Trump fires agency head who vouched for 2020 vote security
While abrupt, the dismissal of Christopher Krebs, the director of the Cybersecurity
and Infrastructure Security Agency, was not a surprise. Since his loss, Trump has
been ridding his administration of officials seen as insufficiently loyal and has been
denouncing the conduct of an election that led to an embarrassing defeat to Democrat
Joe Biden.
That made Krebs a prime target. He had used the imprimatur of Trump's own Department
of Homeland Security, where his agency was based, to issue a stream of statements and
tweets over the past week attesting to the proper conduct of the election and denouncing
the falsehoods spread by the president and his supporters — without mentioning Trump
by name.
Krebs stood by those assertions after his ouster.
“Honored to serve. We did it right," he said in a brief statement
on Twitter. "Defend Today, Secure Tomorrow.”
He closed with the phrase “Protect 2020,” which had been his agency’s slogan
ahead of the election.

Trump fires agency head who vouched for 2020 vote security
While abrupt, the dismissal of Christopher Krebs, the director of the Cybersecurity
and Infrastructure Security Agency, was not a surprise. Since his loss, Trump has
been ridding his administration of officials seen as insufficiently loyal and has been
denouncing the conduct of an election that led to an embarrassing defeat to Democrat
Joe Biden.
That made Krebs a prime target. He had used the imprimatur of Trump's own Department
of Homeland Security, where his agency was based, to issue a stream of statements and
tweets over the past week attesting to the proper conduct of the election and denouncing
the falsehoods spread by the president and his supporters — without mentioning Trump
by name.
Krebs stood by those assertions after his ouster.
“Honored to serve. We did it right," he said in a brief statement
on Twitter. "Defend Today, Secure Tomorrow.”
He closed with the phrase “Protect 2020,” which had been his agency’s slogan
ahead of the election.

persuade Republican legislatures in swing states to change state law
on how to appoint electors and give them to him rather than

It’s a legally dubious long shot. Pulling it off would depend on a chain reaction

Milwaukee County sheriff deputies will guard the ballots until the process is complete,
starting with when they left the county courthouse just after noon Thursday. Elections
director Julietta Henry said the ballots have been securely stored in a locked room in
sealed bags since the municipalities delivered them to the county.

baseless claims of a “rigged” or “stolen” election: it’s payback for what the White

for such a short briefing.
