I think squirting, not necessarily gushing, is a combination of stimulating something that feels really good and also letting yourself mentally accept that what is feeling good is OK and not to be judged. Women are beautiful creatures who are all in there head sometimes and I think getting out of your own way can be a contributing factor for releasing the beast. one of the main things i have found that helps a woman squirt is placing a firm pillow under their hips and getting the pelvis to tilt just right so the “G” spot and the paraureethral glands are stimulated perfectly.
