Hitler underestimated the Soviet Union’s vast resources, population, and will to fight, but there is no reliable historical record of him telling his generals that the USSR would fall just by “kicking in the door,” I just looked. In fact, the brutal and prolonged nature of the Eastern Front war, with millions of casualties on both sides, showed that the Soviet system was far from a “rotten structure” ready to crumble at a single strike. He, like you, was a victim of his own strategic miscalculations and ideological hubris. You really need to know your subject before posting such nonsense.

That country is simply too vast.

And that is no matter what their political situation is.

So, I just wanted that to be a part of the equation. Because Cuba is, sadly for their citizens, way more fragile.
Both economically, but also geographically and environmentally.

Also.. Are they not a sovereign country? Do they need to ask USA for permission to be communists?

(Not that I endorse that form of government, but I do support their right to choose for themselves and that alien countries got no right to meddle.)

They'll visit their relatives in Miami, who will fill their ears with praises of democracy and capitalism.
