Let's hear your voice!

:D.
Those poor cookies. You could be my baking assistant! (I wouldn't have to worry about goodies disappearing around you.)

And yeah, your voice is still awesome.

I hope you slept well:rose:

Well, hello there! You have a lovely voice and thank you for sharing. :)

Just woke up a bit ago. Was going to do an audio 'cos my voice was extra raspy. But cba to go through the trouble of converting and uploading in a sleepy state. Perhaps later. It's bitterly cold here this morning and I just want to stay in bed.

You're very forgiving of others quirks.

Bahaha... :D. I needed a good morning laugh. And your morning voice is still hot. Hell, you sounded cheerful for it being the crack of dawn.

I'm rather forgiving in general. But everyone has quirks. Me being prejudiced against quirks is like me being prejudiced against short people. No good reason to do so, and then one day some short person would save my ass and I'd feel awkward... So, in short, quirks are love and quirks are life.

Boy do I love late start days. I might have missed this. That is quite the accent for California.

I can't remember the movie. But there was some scene in some movie where some priest does something badass and the main character shoots him a questioning glance. And he says in response. 'Nobody is born a priest,' as if it were the most natural thing in the world that priests should be badass. By that token... I wasn't born in California.

In that case, it is very nice that you have not lost your accent. :D

O.O

*laughing*

I never really think of variations among southern accents. I mean intellectually I knew they existed. But I can't recall having heard any. I can't place them, that's for certain, especially between different states. I *might* be able to tell the difference between something like Texas and maybe Virginia? But that's about it.

:D
Check out viper's voice, He's a Texan.
Let's see.. I'm a Kentuckian.
Now we need a South Carolina native and a southern tip of Georgia or Alabama to round out the field.

As I recall... Viper's accent didn't strike me as Texan. Or not *strongly* Texan. Hmm. I suppose Texas has its own regional variations as well?

We need a Minnesotan.

Also. If I may add one more to Ask For More's list... 'L'esprit de l'escalier.' Spirit of the staircase. Essentially it means coming up with the perfect retort to someone's statement... After you've left the room and you're walking down the stairs. Knowing the right thing to say when it's too late. Lovely little saying, imo.
