You really should! It's nice getting to hear what folks sound like. I'm not sure if anyone else does it, but I start reading what folks write in their accent after I hear'em...

The funny thing is, I must type Canadian... I use "eh" often. I don't speak it, though. Maybe my fingers are Canadian, but my tongue isn't... ?!!

I grew up around DC and have what most people seem to consider a "normal" American accent, but depending on mood and what I'm saying, people who know me well and pay attention say they can hear hints here and there of other influences... a phrase that comes out with a hint of Irish or British or a slight twist to a word that sounds like a Mexican influence... a tad bit of drawl to something. A lot of times those things happen when I'm joking or animated and telling a story, often unintentionally.

I don't have a really deep voice... it's somewhat lighter... and can be pretty soft spoken unless I get going joking or telling a story.

How do y'all figure out what to say when you record? I don't sing and I hate reading out loud. I would record, but I come up blank on what to say
