I hate when that happens.
I wish some would realize that just because they're not seeing a person face to face it doesn't mean we don't exist, don't have feelings or that we don't care about someone's well being. A bit of consideration would go a long way, I think.

Unless the person really died. But there is no way of knowing...

I get myself over thinking exactly about this sometimes. It's hard.
Especially if you talk with someone you consider really special and if that person suddenly dies, we'd never know unless you have another way to contact them.

Just have to keep trusting that there are people out there who are considerate and won't do this and that when they need to leave for some reason, they'll say it, won't disappear into thin air.
