Just stuff at work...had my area and regional managers turn up...then they tell me I've got to tell a member of staff that a job she had been promised is no longer hers...and then to top it all off the alarm whet off at the shop at about 9.30 tonight and I had to go all the way back to sort it out

Drop your head forward to rest your chin on your chest while i slip in behind you and drag my thumbs up the outside of your neck then down and out across your shoulders. Easing the stress away
