Life as the Game (Closed)

The tavern was bustling with other npcs and players enjoying the warm atmosphere. There was a silence for a few moments when he entered, mostly from the surprise of seeing him. There were nudges from the ones who spotting him first to get the attention of those who weren't paying attention. A few of the alliance players saluted him, but he just smiled and nodded, motioning for them to go about their business.

He did greeted a few who came up to him to welcome him back from his 'absence', which he returned with kind words and thanks. He was finally able to reach the ber where the female human was tending her tavern, washing up a couple of glasses.

"What brings you here, your Majesty?"

She smiled for a moment as she put the glasses away and folded her hands on the counter.

"Well, I was hoping to find some news of the Queen. I recently learned she had come here in the past few days to help with some problem you had started having recently."

The woman sighed and nodded.

"The Lady Proudmoore did come through a few days ago. She has been gone for about three days since I last saw her."

He frowned for a moment.

"What was the problem, if you don't mind me asking. Was she able to help?"

"Of course, your Majesty. It started about five or six days ago. These strange creatures started coming in from the Burning Steppes, attacking without warning. They looked a little like zombies, but not quite. Some of them wore tattered garments, some none at all. They looked as if all their skin had been melted away, and sometimes they would have a green glow to them. Some of them were tough to kill, but they would have the strangest loot on them. I have a nice little collection of the stuff if you want to buy it."

Josephine giggled softly for a moment, but she soon turned serious once more. She had a very good idea what the creatures had been.

"Have they been attacking still?"

"Yes, like clockwork. They usually come down around noon and just as the sun is setting. In fact, a fresh batch should be coming down in a little while. They've actually helped out business for me, changing things up for everyone. Oh, I do believe that Lady Proudmoore went north into Burning Steepes to find the source, so she might be there."

"Thank you for the information."

"Come back anytime."

He smiled for a moment before making his way back through the common room, stopping at the door. A grin came to his face before walking out towards the fishing dock, walking all the way to the end. He stood there for a few moments, looking through his clothing items. A click on the screen and he was wearing a tight little bathing suit. A deep breathe was taken before he dove into the nice cool water.

Both Mielikki and Kylila relaxed while waiting for Josephine to return. In the meantime they overheard the fishermen talk about the zombie creatures. They both looked at each other and started to listen more carefully. They said pretty much the same thing as Josephine heard, that they come like clock work.

The description however wasn't typical for burning steppes, let alone for this general area and Kylila grew concerned over what was being said. The most that was in burning steepes is dragon type creatures. Wyverns and corrupted dwarves, but as far as they knew, the undead weren't from that area.

Kylila talked with the fisherman since he couldn't really fish with the dragons playing. Even he said that he saw the Queen heading off in that general direction, although hasn't seen her return yet.

Mielikki pointed across the lake towards Josephine, all of them were watching as he changed outfits and jumped into the lake. The baby dragon swayed in the small waves that were created and the big dragon roared like it laughed.

"I guess daddy isn't too worried about things."

Kylila laughed and watch Mielikki shift into cat form as she snuck into the water, swimming deep. When she reached Josephine, her cat tongue licked up his leg and teased along his crotch as she came back up for air.

He wasn't quite expected to be 'attacked' from underwater, so he gasped for a moment as he felt the rough tongue of a cat trail along the inside of his leg. He jerked a little as the tongue grazed his crotch before he grabbed into the water to find what ever was after him.

Though he didn't see anything, it didn't take his hands long to find Mielikki's head near his waist. He looked around quickly, noticing his daughter near the fisherman, but not Mielikki. He grinned and used his fingers to scritch behind the elf's ears before swimming backwards.

"Catch me if you can."

Mielikki gave a toothy cat grin when she came up for some air and heard what he said. Swimming back under the water, practically walking on the bottom of the lake, she went chasing after him. Although she did cheat a little and used a sprinting spell to catch up to him quickly.

With both of her paws she grabbed one of his ankles and pulled him under playfully.

Kylila laughed as she watched them playing while chatting random nothings with the fisherman. The baby dragon had found a rock to soak up the sun and the big dragon mount found the deepest part of the lake and soaked. They were all watching as Mielikki popped her head up out of the water and splashed Josephine the second he came up. Then she swam off away from him wondering if he chase her in return.

He screamed a little when Mielikki pulled him back under just as he resurfaced. He took in a bit of water before resurfacing and coughed a bit to cler the water out. Josephine grinned for a moment, turning his head to the side when Mielikki splashed him.

"Such a silly elf."

He watched her swim away a bit before diving under to swim after her. Since Mielikki had splashed him, she was visible once more and easy to spot. He was surprised she didn't try to turn invisible again, but then that would be unfair underwater. He soon caught up with the cat-formed elf, grabbing on her tail. He jerked on her tail a couple of times before swimming to the surface, coming up in front of the rock the baby dragon was sunning on.

He grinned for a moment and splashed the dragon before diving back under.

Kylila had to admit that she was tempted to join them, though she was just as happy where she sat as well. Besides, she did need to learn how to share her father without getting jealous. The water is clear enough that she could easily see what was happening down underneath. She laughed harder when seeing the shocked expression cross over Mielikki when he pulled on her tail.

Mielikki tried to pull her tail away from him as it flicked in his grasp. It wasn't very often when someone plays with her tail and it felt strange to have someone mess with it now. She watched as he swam to the surface and she cloaked herself again so she couldn't be seen. Though the water did ripple when she emerged to the surface in time to see him splash the dragon, giggling as the dragon hissed at him.

Slowly and carefully she went under water again and made her way towards him, patiently waiting for him to stop again. Once again, her cat tongue reached out to lick him. However, this time it's the bottom of his feet that she attacked and her tongue swirled around his toes before sucking them into her mouth.

The dragon flew off his rock towards Josephine and used its tail to flick water back at her, snickering as it of flew back towards its rock. Only now it would watch Josephine closer and not let his guard down again.

He enjoyed letting time pass as he played with Mielikki in the water, chasing and being chased by her. He felt she cheated a little by using her stealth abilities from time to time, but it was fun none the less. Even the baby dragon got in on the fun, chasing him around above the water. The two soon had him worn out for the time being, so he climbed out on the dock.

Strecthing out a bit, his actions caused a few catcalls to be heard from a small group of alliance players that happened to stop by for a little bit. He just smiled and waved for a moment before strecthing out.

"It's almost time for those creatures to come out."

Josephine sighed as he heard the fisherman say those words, knowing playtime would be over soon.

Mielikki decided to get the last move in as she climbed out of the lake and went onto the dock. Before anyone had a chance to do anything, she shook all the water from her fur and made certain that Josephine got most of it. Her fur poofed up in the process while she laid down next to everyone else.

"Yea, it sounds like fun will be happening shortly. From what you have told me anyway."

Kylila looked her bow over and stood up to try a few shots at a couple of rabbits. The dragons snatched them right up, though for the big mount, she highly doubted he tasted it.

"My bow isn't perfect, need a few things to really fix it. It will work for now. Damn trolls anyway, how did they get to be so huge?"

She fired another arrow and kept adjusting the string until it shot straight again.

"What can we expect from these zombies? Are they easy to kill? Are they immune to anything special?"

Josephine took a moment to switch out his bathing suit for the combat outfit he had been wearing earlier. He watched Kylila play with her bow for a moment as he thought best how to answer her questions. He giggled softly for a moment.

"They really aren't zombies in the sense you might think of. They technically aren't zombies because they never died. They actually ghouls, humans who got caught in large blasts of radiation in a single dose."

He checked through his weapons for a few moments before deciding which to use, but didn't draw anything yet.

"There are two types of ghouls. The first is the regular ghoul who is human, survived the radiation blast mental, but their skin was cooked off. They pretty much function like you or me."

He walked to the start of the dock, looking towards the path leading towards the north. However there was no sign of the gjouls yet.

"The second kind, which is more likely what we will be facing, are feral ghouls. Their brains got pretty much melted and now they operate completely on animal instincts to attack everything. A few of them were so badly dosed with radiation they are able to use radiation like a secondary weapon. The glowing ones are pretty tough, but the regular ferals can be put down easy."

It wasn't long before the sounds of growling and screams could be heard coming from further up the path. He grinned and pulled out his guass rifle, making sure it had a full clip.

"Though they can be dangerous in a pack. Quite agile, able to leap, run, and all that stuff. They like to bite and claw."

The growls and inhuman screams got loud as a group of twelve ghouls came running on legs and all fours down the path, including two glowing ones. The ghouls scattered in all directions to attack npcs and players alike. One of the glowing ones stopped for a moment, raising it's arms. With a roar, it released a billowy green cloud in a ring from itself which extended out for twenty feet. The radiation wouldn't actual health damage, but it would steadily decrease any living creature's maximum health by a small percentage when the were hit by the cloud or remained within it.

Both Kylila and Mielikki's eyes grew wide with concern as he described the creatures that were coming. Mielikki had no real way of fighting with range, she was a rogue with druid skills for healing. Most of her real damage would be up close and personal, yet she didn't want to get with any of that radiation. She shifted into her elf form while changing some skills around for better healing as she stepped back. There would be some things she could do, yet her damage in this spec is fairly limited.

Kylila heard the screams in the distance and soon sent the dragons away while pulling out a tanking pet to the gouls off her.

"What are they doing in Burning Steepes? There are no... well, their kind.. up that way..."

Kylila shook her head at her own question, already knowing the answer as so much of this world has changed. She cocked her bow and shot at the first goul that came within range, hitting it right between eyes. While sending her tank pet out after the caster goul to get him down quickly.

Mielikki started casting a few spells to put resistance buffs and shields all three of them and keeping a heal over time on Kylila's pet along with a shield. Most of the time those heal over time spells caused mobs to beeline for her, though she was far enough away that she was fine for now.

The ghoul that was hit between the eyes gave an inhuman scream, batting at the arrow where it protuded from it's face. That distracted it long enough for Kylila's pet to attack it and jump on it, knocking it on the ground. It didn't take long for the ghoul to be ripped apart limb by limb.

Josephine blew the head off a couple of the regular ghouls while the others were being engaged by other players and npcs. As Josephine had stated, the ghouls were quite squishy as their body parts got hacked off quickly. He did laughed a couple of times as the two glowing ones proved a bit more of a challenge with the radiation bursts.

He decided to put his weapon away after taking his shots letting everyone else finish the ghouls off. And the magic shielding and healing buffs really didn't have any effect against the radiation hits since it was a physical impact bypassing everything except lead shielding.

Once the dust settled, several players complained of not being about to correct their lost health maximum. Josephine smiled and pulled out a handful of green and red coated pills.

"Come one, come all, these will cure your lost health max everyone."

Mielikki was a little disappointed that her buffs did no good, although she did heal and managed to kill a couple of the gouls with her holy spells. After it was all said and done though, she felt bad that she didn't contribute more, then again she has never seen these creatures before either.

Kylila took a few more down with her arrows and pet, working her way towards the last one her pet killed. The body shredded by the pets claws and teeth as she searched the body. It didn't seem to disappear like the trolls had done and there were strange items on it. She went to the next corpse to find what loot she could from it, there wasn't much in her opinion, mostly junk that would probably sell.

Mielikki switched back into her rogue skills and sat on the edge of the dock, basically cussing herself out for not being all that useful. Sure, they were easy kills and yea, she killed one or two, but overall, everyone else did all the work while she hid behind Josephine and Kylila. She did glance up to watch Kylila scrounge through the corpses wondering if she was finding anything of worth.

Once the pills were handed out, Josephine made sure to keep a couple out for his daughters. Kylila would find that the loot consisted mostly of modern world items not found in warcraft such as spoons, lockets, silver bars, napkins, and even a couple of toasters. There was also a handful of bottlecaps spread among the ghouls.

Josephine shook his head softly for a moment seeing Mielikki pouting on the dock. He made his way over to her, laying a hand gently on her shoulder.

"There's no need to be upset about what happened dear. You'll have more fun next time."

He smiled and leaned down, kissing her softly for a moment before standing back up. He took her hand before leading her over to where Kylila was, offering the other pill.

"Almost done looting? I think we should head north and see what we can find."

Kylila barely recalls Josephine using bottle caps like they were coins, this had her wondering if this other junk would be useful to him as well. For now, she tossed it all in her bag and smiled as they came up to her. Without wasting anymore time, she summoned the dragon and they were taking off towards burning steppes.

Burning steppes is mostly for the mining dwarves and lava pits for dragon welps. Some orcs and orges lived there deep in the mountains as well. For the most part, it is a good place to farm for rare ore and the dungeon is very easy to solo at her level. Kylila didn't like going there too much because she has had bad experience with pvp'ers while trying to get into the dungeon. If she goes, it's normally pretty late when very little people are on. That way no one can mind control her and have her jump off the edge into the lava pit again. Kylila shuddered at the memories of that day.

As they made their way into Burning Steppes, she didn't land right away and flew over the volcano mountain where the dungeon is suppose to be. Instead of the normal mining dwarves, they saw a warzone between the miners and a variety of different creatures.

The creatures were pouring out of the mining mountain in an endless flow. Kylila found a small cave leading into the mountain without being seen and without having to go very far in, they can all see a huge black portal in the center. The creatures were crawling up the chains that are used like bridges to head outside of the mountain.

"It looks like BRD is no longer here... Do you think mother went into there?"

From their little hiding spot, Josephine took his time studying everything before answering Kylila's question. He saw more ghouls emerging from the portal, as well as large green greens looking very similar to ogres. He pointed those out to the girls.

"You see those large green creatures. Those are Super Humans. They're basically mutated humans, very powerful with subhuman intelligence."

He sighed for a moment.

"I do believe that leads back to my game, and yes, that is probably where your mother went."

He noticed a large open area further in that was clear of any activity. It would be a good landing spot for the Ventribird.

"Follow me girls and dismiss your pets and mounts. The Commonwealth will probably a shock to them, so we'll take the Ventribird."

He crouched down to engage his own stealth field before leading the girls to the open area.

Kylila was one step of him as she already dismissed her pet after seeing this warzone. No matter where she landed, her pet would have ran right through that mess and either died instantly. Or led all the mobs right to them, virtually overwhelming and potentially killing all three of them. Kylila wasn't in the mood to die anytime soon, least of all from this pit of creatures.

The dragon she did send away though when everyone slid safely off his back, he would be too noticeable since she didn't have stealth with flying. Even then, her stealth rather sucks being a hunter.Kylila sighed and almost asked more questions, only to bite them back considering he knew as much as she did at this point.... which wasn't much. Like, why the hell would her mother go into that portal and how does it lead to his game? She figured they would soon find out in either case.

Mielikki kept quite and listened to him describe the bigger mobs and she didn't fully understand what she is seeing. She would have gone into stealth mode herself, but she would have lagged behind them. Instead she followed closely as he led the way. She had no idea what a ventribird is, naturally thinking it was just a bird mount of some kind, though getting a feeling that it wasn't.

He got them to the edge of the large landing spot before pulling out a signal grenade. He popped the pin from it before tossing it away. A large plume of orange smoke rose into the air in a steady bellow.

"The extra armor is going to be better for us, especially in the commonwealth."

He stood up, turning off his stealth mode. It took a couple of minutes before the steady thump-thump of the helicopter blades could be heard. Piper was flying this time, circling around the landing area before settling down. She leaned back and smiled at the trio.

"Where are we off to this time Blue?"

"We're probably heading back home to the commonwealth, through that portal."

He pointed out the large black portal for a moment before helping the girls into the back. Piper frowned for a moment as she sighed.

"And I thought we were done with that place."

Josephine laughed for a moment before helping the girls strap in and then taking position behind a door gun. It was a moment before the 'bird was in the air again, angling towards the portal. As they passed into the portal, everything was black for a moment. Suddenly bright sunlight was streaming into their faces before Piper brought them to a hover.

He smiled for a moment before looking back at the girls.

"Welcome to Boston. This is where Daddy came from. Come and see."

Mielikki ended up being more terrified of this helicopter than she was of Kylila's dragon. Once they were settled in, she gripped onto the seat tightly and closed her eyes. For her part, she didn't want to see what lays on the other side of that portal. Just seeing all these creatures pouring out from it, she couldn't even begin to imagine the other side.

Kylila still didn't feel right in the copter, although she is more calm than the last time. Which surprised her a bit as they went through the portal. The darkness caused a hint of panic, but she recovered rather quickly and all the sudden the bright sun blinding her. She smirked thinking she should have followed Mielikki's lead in closing her eyes.

Both girls looked out when they heard where they were. Mielikki's eyes grew wide as she is from a tiny town in the middle of no where. Seeing the city like this amazed her, even if it is a game version of it, she could picture what it would be like in the real world.

Kylila has been to Boston once, or at least through it while traveling. Seeing it from above like this brought on a whole new perspective of the general area. Naturally it didn't look at all what she remembered, it still intrigued her all the same.

"How much of your world do you think has changed?"

Mielikki managed to ask after forcing herself to calm down enough to ask questions.

"And how will we find the Queen here? She could look like anyone trying to blend in..."

He laughed for a moment at Kylila's question of change.

"It pretty much looks the same, bombed and damaged buildings. However, that's new."

He pointed to a small group of WoW players running across the broken bridge. He counted about ten assorted players going after a large group of Supermutants. He could almost hear the mutant's taunts before one of them fired a rocket launcher. The missile streaked through the air to impact near an Elven warlock and his imp.

Josephine cringed as the impact caused the player to go flying backwards while the imp flew in another direction.

"That had to hurt. Physics add a whole new realm of play, don't they?"

He looked away from the battle to check his map. Everything seemed the same, except for a blank space in an area he had already explored. Frowning, he pulled out a couple of hazmat suits and tossed them to the girls.

"Wear these, you'll need them. Piper, get us to the Glowing Sea."

"Sure, Blue."

Mielikki still didn't like being in the helicopter, yet, as her curiosity grew about this place, the less fear she felt. She has heard of this game and wanted to try it out a few times. Sadly, where she came from, she wasn't allowed to have this kind of game. It wasn't easy for her to get into Warcraft with certain restrictions of the household. Here, now that she knew how to get into this world, Mielikki wanted to go exploring and learn more about this place. She watched the group from warcraft fighting something in the distance and she had to smirk to herself.

Kylila though, didn't find these types of games interesting. The graphics looked cool and a couple of her friends were all hyped about the game. For her personally, it was too realistic and she didn't play games that reminded of her the real world. Heck, she refuses to play a human in any game she plays. The thought that she plays one in real life, so there isn't any point in playing one in a pretend reality. Which is why it bothered her that the game tossed her in the human royalty.

The hazmat suit brought her attention back and she gave a disgusted look while holding it up. The glowing sea didn't sound promising either and with a sigh, she put the suit on. Mielikki didn't waste anytime putting hers on and seemed a little too eager to go exploring. Kylila also noticed that her map had changed for the different area, for her it was blank and filled out section by section as they flew.

"What's out by the Green Sea?"

He laughed for a moment when Mielikki called the area they were heading to the Green Sea.

"Oh, it's anything but green pet. It's a very large wasteland teeming with radioactivity from dropped mini-nukes and barrels of radioactive waste scattered throughout the area. The suits will help keep your soaking to a very low, but steady soaking of radiation. I don't have anything that would block the amount of radiation we receive completely. The area is also teeming with radioactive-mutated wildlife and humans."

As they flew, the scenery changed as well. They flew over the heart of the city, over mostly damaged buildings, but some were still intact. They flew over a large baseball stadium that had been converted into a make-shift city, which he pointed out.

"That's Diamond City. It's not much, but it's home for a small group of survivors that live here. One of the few actual safe areas in the city. I can show you the settlements I built to try and expand life here. The rest of the world is teeming with human raiders, Supermutants, wildlife, and humans trying to survive."

They soon crossed over a disused railroad system, and a large reservoir. They crossed a broken roadway, a heavily damaged neighborhood, and then a high rise highway that was broken apart in places. They also received gunfire from the ground at times, the bullets pinging off the 'bird's metal hull.

"Welcome to the Glowing Sea ladies."

Piper called back to them at they came to the edge of a very desolate wasteland. The ground was black and broken. Large mishappen clawed creatures, walking on two legs, large teeth, and horns on the tops of their heads roamed around, fighting large mutated scorpions and ghouls. There were even WoW players running around trying to fight the creatures.

Josephine pointed to a large structure protruding out of the ground deep in the Glowing Sea.

"There's our target, Blackrock Depths. Looks like it was teleported here in place of the portal. The Queen is probably there."

Kylila watched the scenes unfold as they flew overhead. She felt as though she would suffocate in the suit, though didn't complain about it. When seeing blackrock depths ahead, she sighed while fearing the worse. She knew nothing about this side of things. The players from warcraft were holding their own, yet she can easily see they were struggling with some of the creatures.

"I can not fight in this suit. There is just no way with the weapons I use. What if this radiation stuff goes into the dungeon as well? I will be screwed if we have to fight."

She was of course worried about going into a dungeon that she now knows nothing about. As far as she is concerned, it could be tougher and with new mobs she's never faced before. Seeing the other players down there she didn't think the radiation would actually kill her, but she did notice a few players were struggling with it.

Mielikki didn't say much, only listened to what her King had to say and watched below to get an idea of what they were up against. She evaluated most of the fights and got an idea of what is what, especially after hearing his description of the creatures. Even she would struggle with casting spells in the suit, or fight for that matter. Sure as well wouldn't be able to stealth that well with such a bulky suit on, it squeaks when she moves!

She wanted to ask why the Queen would go to such a place, but decided against it. So far, Mielikki knew that the Queen was on some kind quest that lead her here. Perhaps she just got trapped in the dungeon when things changed and merged.

"If she is there, How far in do you think she might be?"

Mielikki finally asked quietly as she kept watching the players fight a new wave of creatures.

He nodded for a moment as he listened to His daughter's concerns as they flew towards BRD. As they got close, he tapped Piper on the shoulder.

"Circle here."

"Right Blue."

As they circled, he turned to face the girls as he leaned against the open door frame.

"Don't worry kitten. I can do the fighting if need be. I know this is short notice, but I didn't have time to build anything for you two before we came. I can remedy that later. As I said before, the radiation doesn't damage you, but rather lowers your maximum health depending on how much of a dose you take. Chances are there won't be any radiation inside and I have pills to cure any rad sickness."

As they continued to circle, he looked back at the raging battle. It was slowly turning from a PvEvE battle into an all EvE battle. The players were succumbing to the radiation faster than the mobs, and as they were dying off, more mobs poured out from BRD to take their places. Lava elementals, core hounds, dark iron dwarves, and even Boss mobs were coming out to battle the death claws, ghouls, rad scorpions, and Children of the Atom, humans who thrived and worshiped the atomic bomb as a god.

Josephine laughed for a moment.

"This would be a great place to power-level. It also reminds me of those nonstop Alliance vs Horde PvP battles at Tuaren Mills early in the game's history before the nerfing started."

Kylila began to connect her own little dots together and realized that there more than just warcraft players down there. Players from her other game were in the mixture, although they were lower level than the warcraft people. In the distance she saw a couple different rifts open up in the sky and one of the rifts dropped down on the battle below. That only added to the mobs that were already there.

"When we are done here, I would like to go check something out. I have a small idea of where to look."

Truth is she had no clue at all of where to begin looking, but if there were players here from that game as well, there had to be a portal leading to it as well. Of course this is a one thing at a time situation, in the meantime she will keep digging into her suspicions. Kylila pulled up the guild chat for her guild seeing that it still worked, laggy, but it worked all the same. Seeing that Regaer and Megolith were available, before talking to them though she checked to see where they were. The map wasn't clear from this realm since nothing was the same.

It did show that they were still in Warcraft at least, most likely exploring every inch of their maps as possible. After trying to figure out where they were, she sent them a message and found they were in Northend. She told them to keep her updated on what they find out there, she had a feeling that things for her other game were connected there somehow. For now, she kept it to herself until it has been confirmed. More important matters were right here and now and that is to find her mother.

Mielikki watched helplessly as each of the players down below thinned out and the different mobs flooded from the dungeon. She didn't know what to make of all the fast changes, although like everyone else, she would learn how to adapt to the changing world. At least she can come to a different realm instead of being stuck in the same place for who knows how long. It made her a little happy to see that things appeared to be transferable, like currency and materials.

"Perhaps we can also get some gear that will help us fight with you. I want to know more about this realm, I like it here already!"

Mielikki smiled as she started to get a bit more comfortable with flying, glancing over at Kylila typing in the air to someone. On her map, she noticed that some of the guild members were close by, most likely the ones down below fighting and dieing. She didn't say anything about it though knowing they would summon her down to help heal them.

"Gaining a few more levels would nice. I get new skills in two more levels and I am so close to my next level as it is."

"We'll have plenty of time to go exploring later girls. Plenty of time."

He turned to look back at the chaos as they continued to circle the battlefield. The main enterence was not the best place to go, since he wanted things to go quickly. Without turning around, he asked a random question.

"What are my girls' favorite color?"

He spotted an opening near the top of the structure they could possible use, a carved slide of some sort. He had never seen it before, but this was a different angle to look. He tapped Piper's shoulder and pointed to a small ledge near the hole, just barely enough to land. The reporter nodded before angling towards the area, landing carefully.

"Your mother will most likely be held in the jail area."

He hopped down next to the little slide, waiting for the girls.
