As a person who is currently on a GLP-1 for my diabetes, there are some pros and cons for sure.
I do portion control as much as possible.
My vice is soda. I have myself down to one a day and I try to drink more water to make up for it.
Eventually, I plan to totally divorce myself from soda.
I am taking it gradually just to make sure it sticks.

My friend did it. She lost like 30 pounds. But the usual suspects of her having massive GI/toilet issues was accurate.
She went off of it, gained some back as I have heard most do.

Soda...I drink maybe 1 a week?

Although our bodies are amazing “ lil creatures “ our lil less than “ perfections “ inside us can cause us so much havocs !
Yes Sugar is terrible for our bodies, but many other things are also .
I got my own “ imperfections “ successfully surgically cured ,but sugar , chocolate, large portions are avoided.

Last night I had my friend Erin come over and we watched

ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER

It was soooooo good!
Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Benicio Del Toro...
Teyana Tayhlor who actually can fucking act!
and Chase Infiniti who was pretty damn good too.

I wont spoil any plot twists or anything but the first part of the movie is all frenetic crazy action...
The second half is essentially a giant chase scene, and some very dark comedic moments too.

Two thumbs up from me if yer looking for a film to watch!

I totally agree. And if we're talking about Paul Thomas Anderson's work, then definitely watch Magnolia, Phantom Thread, and Licorice Pizza, in my opinion
