I've always had a problem with the term "real" as it is applied to a woman's body. Even women with body augmentation have real bodies. Even women who work their asses off (or work their asses on if they pay attention to the glutes) to be fit have real bodies. Even women who choose not to have children and thus have a better chance of not undergoing more extensive changes to their bodies have real bodies. I would rather use the term that medicine uses for typical anatomical structures, which is 'typical'.
