Candice Bloom stood at a short 5'5 with long sandy brown hair, hazel eyes, and curves to spare. At 25 years old she was the oldest bartender at Shark's but no one could ever tell. Most people questioned her bartending at her age. She simply told them that it was easy and the pay was good so she could pay for her medical school. She was only a few years away from being the youngest Med grad in her family. Her mother and father were very pleased. But at the moment they were focused on giving her brother the greatest coming home greeting ever. They'd even paid for her to fly home.

She arrived on time and only a few hours ahead of her little brother. As kids they were so very close but when they started to grow up an unknown tension had come between. She knew they both felt it but refused to test what it was. He went off to college and she hadn't seen him since. It would be their reuniting and she went to her old room to get ready. She slipped on a pair of low-rise jeans, a white tank top, with black ankle boots. A knock came at the door and rushed downstairs to wait with her parents.

Ray Bloom was coming home after his Junior year at college. He was planning on moving after he graduated so this would be the last time he would be home. He was 6'0" with broad shoulders, dark hair and eyes. He had decided that for this special occasion he would wear a suit. The dark blue suit itched. It wasn't the kind of khaki shorts and muscle shirt combo he usually wore but somehow it felt appropriate.

After driving for a few hours he pulled his '09 chevy truck into the driveway of the home that wouldn't be his much longer. It was thrilling but a bit sad. Walking up the front stairs he knocked at the door. "Mom will probably get to the door before Dad," he thought.

Her parents whispered for her to open the door. She quietly counted to three then sprang the door open as her parents shouted "Welcome home!" to her unsuspecting little brother. She heard a deep laugh that had to be her father's. But she really couldn't see anything because she had to stand behind the door. Her parents wanted to surprise him with her appearance.

She heard the shuffle of feet and waited for her signal. Her mother quickly closed the door and revealed her. They had made sure her brother was turned around so he wouldn't notice her but what she saw was not her little Ray. It was a tall, handsome piece of man. 'Snap out of it', she told herself. She tiptoed over to him and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Well if it isn't my ray of sunshine."

When Ray's parents opened the door they seemed a bit odd, very happy to see him, but a bit odd. He reached out to hug his mother but she dodged him and opened began to close the door with him just barely inside. Ray saw a figure behind the door. Could it be?...

When Candice, his big sister charged him with a hug his mind went temporarily blank. Blinking a little he felt a trill of pleasure well up inside him and dance to his extremities. Could this breathtaking woman really be Candice? He had always found her sexy but...

When she greeted him by her childhood pet name for him his slight twinge of lust was washed away by embarrassment. Finally realizing he could hug back, he did so, lingering a bit too long. "I'm so glad to see you sis, this is the best coming-home surprise ever." He briefly wondered if that was exactly true, was this better than winter break from his freshman year when dad had given him the car? ABSOLUTELY.

"So, how many years until I can call you DOCTOR Candice?" Ray said trying to distract himself from the creeping feelings for his sister being reawakened. Hopefully she didn't notice his blush.

Candice smiled and stood closer to him than she should. "Only five more years brother. Should I expect my little brother at my graduation party?" She felt a strange to have him there. Once he'd gone off to college Candice hadn't seen him at all. Sure they talked on the phone sometimes but it wasn't the same as seeing his handsome face. He'd gotten even better looking over time.

She couldn't believe she was having these thoughts about her younger brother. When they were younger she had these feelings but they hadn't been this strong. Plus she thought it was just a phase. Obviously it wasn't.
