Sewing may be becoming a lost art, my mother and both grandmothers could sew about anything, don't know anyone my age that does much of anything. Sewing on a button or hemming pants or a skirt would be about it.

I prefer suspenders over belts. I wish I knew how to sew suspender buttons into my jeans. Or know someone who could.
